Planes
For those who are flying to Chicago, there are two airports to choose from. One is O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and the other is Midway International Airport (MDW). Both are about the same distance from downtown Chicago and easily accessible by car, taxi, or public transportation. Please see the "Getting Around Town" page for information on getting around the city by taxi or public transit.

Trains
For those with a more adventurous spirit, Chicago is also accessible via high-speed railway from the Chicago suburbs, Michigan, and other points. Here is a link to Amtrak and Metra information

Automobiles
For specific driving directions to your hotel or to the ceremony and reception venue, please see below or the "Ceremony and Reception" page.

If you plan to arrive by boat, you are awesome and you get a special prize. Please contact the bride and groom for additional information

Alternate Hotel Arrangements

Chicago has more hotel options than we could possible list here. Please feel free to make alternate hotel accomodations for your stay in Chicago. Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are choosing an alternate hotel:

Look for a hotel in one of these neighborhoods: The Loop, Gold Coast, or River North. You might also find a hotel in Lincoln Park or the West Loop, but double check the address relative to Gallery 1028 to make sure you're not too far away! Sometimes advertising can be misleading. To check out reviews of your hotel choice, go to Hotel Guide Chicago.
